What Is Onigiri Crowdfunding?
It's a new endeavor to increase knowledge of Kunisaki's oni culture. Whenever you buy an oni-giri [oni means oni in Japanese], 1 yen is used to help in the transmission of Kunisaki information, Daily life and events, as well as buying onigiri while sightseeing now help the preservation of the oni culture, and helps spread information. Participating stores are handing out promotional materials featuring oni characters, and there are other measures in place to spread public awareness of the campaign.

Let's Make a Gashapon in Kunisaki!
The first challenge for Onigiri Crowdfunding is "Let's make a Gashapon in Kunisaki!" Kunisaki is filled with cool cultural assets like oni masks and yet there's a lack of related souvenirs. If the Kunisaki Gashapon comes to fruition and miniature figurines can be sold, Kunisaki's oni can be enjoyed at home, and possibly spread even further into the world! The design and production can be done with support from Japan heritage, but for increased production runs, we need your help. So let's eat a lot of onigiri, and make a gashapon in Kunisaki!
